WHat about this amp for 3-4 MTs

for one thing, I know some guys who work at a car audio shop here that would help me with the install, hey man dont hate because I would like to learn. I admit I dont know a whole hell of a lot about car audio but who said I was going todo it tomorrow? This wont happen for a couple of months at least.
Still... This amount of money is a waste in my eyes, if you are just going to have someone ELSE install it and have someone ELSE make it loud. Why get something if you have no idea how to use it to its potential?

And again, is this for a daily vehicle? If so, you should spend your money else where. This would be rediculous for a daily install, and would require one hell of a front stage to keep up with it (hundreds of extra dollars.)

I know what you guys are saying and dont get me wrong I didnt say that as a defense and I didnt take offense to what you guys are saying. I aprreciate everyones opinon and I wil lconsider it. I just thinking about compeititions, how would 2 Mts perform vs 4? Ever sionce I have been on this site, 6 months now I have gotten more and more addicted and I believe this might be my passion as it is for so many of you. I know its a lot of work but the rewards are worth it.

Yeah I was leaning toward a blazer at first but then people here said it was way wayto small for teh MTs, but if I go for 2 instead of 4 it might be easier. Surburban was the answer i got from here so thats why I wnet with it.

When people deal with that mauch power even for 2 mts, what eletrical upgrades do they do. I know dual alternators but that still isnt enough to feed these bad boys, 4-6 batteries?

What size MT's are you planning on using? Two 15's would do great in a wall in a Blazer. And just because it is a competition vehicle doesnt mean you have to get a lot of subs/power, the instal is EXTREMELY important when it comes down to the numbers; thats what seperates the noobs that just have money from the experienced guys that know what they doing...

And as far as powering the amps, dual altenators isnt needed, but would be better than a single alt. If you did a pair of ~150A alts or a single ~250A and maybe 4 extra batteries you should be fine. Dual altenators is not normally needed because many competitions do not allow the engine to be running, so the added amperage from the alts would not even be in use...
