had a rl-p 12 in 2 cubes tuned to 28 hz. sounded great on the lowest notes, but like a dumbass i sold it. im looking for a BRAND NEW d4,or d1 ohm sub to replace it.Must have great sq, but the ability to get loud at times. is the FI Q a low end beast?, seems like my best option around $300.

Well, it depends on the specs you go by. Eclipse lists Xmax as 33mm, TC Sounds lists Xmax as 18mm for the exact same driver. The only real difference between the Eclipse I'm selling and the Rl-P is the taller slugs in the SS. Coils are the same.

yes it is, just comparing it to the rl-p. the eclipse is a great sub, just looking to go up a knotch
Yeah this wouldn't be going up a notch, this would be getting back what you regret selling. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Fi Q, SSA Icon, or AA Havoc (personally what i'd go with, but only come in d2).

All fairly similar drivers.

I think you'd be happy with any of them. You'd gain a little from a slightly bigger box, though.
