wow thoes are old. i had the 8" versions back about 14 years ago. they were ok but i dont think thoes there are worth that price.

iam shure on the year, they were in a 1980 sunbird that i had when i was 19.

I had the 15s in 94 I believe and they were pretty loud to me, but they were my first real pair of subs so that doesn't say much. For that price though I would pass on them

those were the mtx pro's. mtx's mid level sub next up was the thunder cast. those had the plastic dustcap so were around 97. the surronds were rubber and in the pix there is a bad spot. they had a 2.5" coil with around a 70oz magnet,kapton former...

The bad spot in the rubber is proly where it's about to rot off lol at 14+ years old
