I went to a local shop today. They said theyre phasing out Digital Design, Eclipse and memphis. Bringing in more ID, Hertz and Arc. What I need is the websites for companys here that have GREAT customer service. Like FI, Sound Splinter, IA, SI, AA, Mach 5, Sundownz etc. Remember they have to have GREAT customer servie.

I already told them about FI and SI. I want to print a list to bring to them.

ficaraudio.com is a website that just came out. they sell speakers called Fi. I was in vegas over the summer and we couldnt find them in the phonebooks. we were like wtf, these people dont have a dedicated phone line for their Fi's!!!????

Fi is doing pretty good business in the car audio world, but they dont even have a voice you can talk to about warranty, questions, etc.?? instead of emailing??

JL and Kicker? While decent mainstream brands...notice I sad "Decent".....if you tried half the companies on here, like Fi, or Sundown, or AA, or Soundsplinter, or AQ, or Mach 5, or DC Audio....You'd be 3 or 4x as loud with better Customer Service to boot.

not to neccesarily jump on the mainstream bandwagon or anything but....are you saying kicker and jl dont have good/great customer service. while i havent bought anything from a brick and mortar store in some years, anything i have ever bought, when or if it did break was replaced right away. i even got orion to send me a brand new xtr2400pro when one i bought on ebay broke. now maybe i am just out of touch lately since i dont buy from stores anymore.....

I was talking to the other guy about running said Kicker amps and JL subs..
