so its 900rmsx1 channel. so if i run it to 2 subs then ill get 450 rms to each sub? is that how the game is played because i have a hard time understanding

and ab3000d are the only amps i would buy PERIOD.

Oh and that amp is only good for 600w, it wont push your 800w subs very good.

My buddie has a gothic series 2200 rms class d and they are very over rated. Just look at the fuse rating 4x30=120amps it should be fused at 200 to 220 amps.

yeah the gothic series usually is half rated rms

2200w=1100 rms.

personaly I would not buy anything made by power acoustik its all junk now. Back in the 90's they were owned by a different company that used a different MFG.

what do you mean 600. my subs are 2ohm and it say 2ohm is 900x1 channel and 2000 peak x1 channel so would each be split up so 450 to one sub 450 to other and 1000 peak to one sub 1000 to other?

Oh and to the OP, you cannot run those subs at 1 ohm, you need a 800 rms 2 ohm amp.

THE AMP ONLY DOES 600W rms.

IT IS A CHEAP BRAND, THEREFORE DOES NOT DO RATED POWER.

it has 2x30a fuses 13.8 x 60a x.80 (typical efficiency of class d amps)

i mean if it lasts me 3 months i dont care. i jsut need a good but cheap amp that doess the full potential. ill save my money up later when i get a new car and get better

i had the PA1800db and it was fine. Over rated, but it never gave me any problems. As for the gothic series.... it seems even cheaper than what i had.
