my sub may be broke but its ok because TC is sending me the cp+ package at no extra charge. They are also paying for the sub to be shipped back and forth to my house, they are also giving me some free T-shirts. There customer service was amazing i called at 10:30 a.m. and by 11:00 a.m. the problem was already resolved. So it went from being a really bad day, to a day that turned out actually really well.

Yeah, he asked if they could add the cp and some money for it, and they just said he could just have it.
