I purchased a 15 tc-3000 a little over a month ago. I built a box and had a 1606d hifonics on it. I loved it i couldnt be more happy with it until this morning. I was taking my little sister to school and i was playin some jeezy(you all know about jeezy) well i had it turned up but not nearly to it potential. I had just woken up and my lil sister was in the car so i wasnt slammin. All of the sudden the bass lost it's impact and loudness I was like what the fudgesickle. So i turned my head unit off not wanting to mess anything up. I pulled into the school parking lot and opened my trunk. And i see a tc-3000 with a cone that got detached from the surround. It looks like someone took a can opener and just opened it up. Gl0ck is going to post pics for me.

looking at the pics again id definately say the metal has 'fatigued' the sub is designed to go back and forth, the metal should definately not fatigue under normal or even very heavy use. in comparison a car axel is designd to go round and round, imagine if wheels fell off all the time?
