well before to terribly long i'll be coming upon a substantial amount of money......im planning on putting a pretty nice system in my g/f's car since i drive it about half the time......well i've been out of the car audio world for a while..... jus wondering what some of you would suggest for the following

componets (probably going w/ kodas)

amps (will need 75x2 and aprox 300-400x1)

subs (thinking either 2 shivas or 1 10" brahma not sure tho)

h/u - not sure on that yet....

price really isnt an option....but i'd like to keep this under 2k if i can

feel free to suggest anything else

Koda's are a great choice for components. Give them around 100rms per side and you'll be happy. I'd look into some SoundSplinter Rl-i's for subs, possibly dual 10" rl-i's. Amps, look into new Phoenix Gold, Kicker Kx or even SX line. If you went with SX line for components and subs, on the components you could use it for Active xover setup...fully selectable freq's with up to 36dB/OCT slopes //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif :yummy:

majority of it will be saved......this is just what i have extra to splurge on.....

and im probably going w/ sealed rather than ported box.....

headunit pioneer premier 860 or an eclipse 8454. like mentioned early some PG amps although i personally like the older ones better (titanium and tantrum series) and i would go with an rl-p sealed.
