Yeah thats what a lot of people say. but being so close to wash dc we get lots of people from there along with dancers from va,md and pa.. heres one of my weekend dancers

Ill try out the 0 phase idea and see how that works....Infamous have you had any issues with and how well does it actually work? I had considered a unit like JL's clean sweep but talked to a few users and they said it wasnt worth what they wanted for it.

Well turned the phase all the way down and my bottoming out noise came back although the lower volume sub output is waaaay better than it was,even with he headunit bass setting at -2. So now I'm going to work on the gain and bass boost again to get it where I stil have the output at all volumes but not the bottoming out noise.

Well made some more changes...the gain is set pretty **** low...little less than 1/4 i think. Turned the phase to about 0 and the bast boost is down very low as well, which i may try and and set at 0 and then adjust the gain a bit more from there. But right now its perfect..no bottoming out...no distortion...just clean bass. The low volume bass output is much much better and where i had to turn the volume to 28-31 to reallllly get the bass going now its much cleaner and meaner at 25-26...so like i said still may play with it some. These 8s are a new world to me but so far im digging them. Now gotta find some grilles to protect the subs...and thats actually kinda hard and may end up making my own.
