just a PITA to bend and the thicker gauge makes terminations more difficult. you MUST provide strain relieve on connections to car audio gear (i.e. fuse holders) by physically securing the wire to the vehicle within a few inches of the connection.

your the first i've seen that says it's a pain to bend. most ppl say that welding wire is flexible.

totally depends on the strand count. welding wire is much more flexible than any other 600V wire.

you should still secure large wire independent of your connections.

EXCELENE is very flexible and superior to any brand of CA wire made... WW has always and will always be superior to anything the CA world offers... it has federally regulated ratings and standards... what does CA have? overbloated hype at astronomical prices...

I wouldnt hesitate to compare it to 4/0 CA wire for amperage carrying ability
