yeah, fo sho. the difference in stiffness from 4awg to 1/0awg is alot

depens on the strand count and jacket used..

NOTE YOU MUST HAVE ADQUATE BATTERY TERMINALS FOR SUCH HIGH AMPERAGE SYSTEMS.... copper connecters only. no gold plated bs, sliver is ideal... temp ratings on sliver are higher than copper so are ampacity ratings...

i was at cartoys today just looking at some of their new stuff and they only had what looked like steel terminals. you can get copper or silver terminals at most any car part store

welding supply shops and yes its a ***** to work with, my first install I used the ULTRAflex 1/0 and it was so hard to run. I installed with kicker 1/0 one time, and won't go back to the other stuff ever again

it's a little harder to work with because it's not very flexible.

WAY cheaper than name brand stuff.

yall must have bought something else than welding leads...i got some 1/0 welding leads and i can literally tie them in a knot without a hole in it...hard to explain but looks like this

could have been different brands. everything i saw at the welding shop was really flexible except for the stiff grade stuff

My dad buys 4/0 - 1/0 by the reel for his business so I usually cut off a strech for the next install lol. Guys at Ft. hell yeah. everytime i go in there they say something dumb and then i tell them they are wrong and they try to argue it until i show them on their computers. ive stopped talking to them b/c i think i get dumber when they speak
