I have HD cut them to a 1" tolerance so I can go home and make sure they're all even. Por ejemplo, my 4 baffles are 14 x 47.5. I'm having them cut them to 15" wide strips, disregarding the bit height.Noice. Can't wait for the build.
If you're having HD cut the pieces I would draw the cut lines in the store--the saw boys are usually better at lining things up than measuring them correctly (plus he'll probably appreciate it too). Don't forget to factor in the kerf width and err on the larger side for the pieces where you can use a flush trim bit FTW.

Flush mounting and the lot should be done tomorrow. I expect total completion by thursday. That is what I usually do as well. I save 1-2" wide strips to use as bracing or reinforcement, or to make grille frames.
Blank = about 8-12 on my CF card right now, but will upload them all at the end of the night. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gifNice but you know that this thread is worthless without _____ .
