**** these speakers. Painter's Touch paint is without a doubt the worst paint I've ever had the displeasure of using in my life. It doesn't stick to any primer worth a shit, let alone does it look good once cured. Shit is flaking off even now, and the only thing I changed in my paint procedure was the top coat. I think I'll stick with Rustoleum professional.

God****it, these sound ****ing terrible. I have no idea why either. It seems as though they're missing everything from the tweeter down. The woofer works fine, but it has no impact to speak of. **** these mother****ers.

Okay after further listening, voices and highs are fine. Everything else sounds so hollow it isn't even funny. I think it's a functional issue with the x-over, because something actually sounds wrong and not just bad.

Oh, I figure I should update for the bookshelves: they sound fine. There was an issue with the x-over, because they sound great here in my dorm. Smooth mids, with nice midbass, highs are a bit bright, but what do you expect from a bright tweeter with a 6db slope //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
