Man ive had nothing but good experiences with indo. I know its not authorized retailer but who cares the prices are cheap, and i have used the warranty they provide with no problems. Just got a replacement today for an amp that went bad 8 days before one year warrant expired.
They could have easily ignored my emails for 8 days and said i wasnt entitled to sh*t, but they didnt. They promptly responded to my email. When i asked if i could just pay the difference between the broken amp and the amp i really wanted instead, they had no problems with it. Now im also the kind who saves any and all emails or receipts and can easily produce them when asked to.
Ive seen a lot of people dog on indo here but ive spent a couple thousand with them and had zero problems. Maybe im the exception, but i wonder how many people talking smack have ever actually delt with them. Could be the same people who expound the virtues of some audio equipment they have never heard.
