i used dexatrim years ago for a few weeks and lost a few pounds

all it really did was curb my appetite enough so my stomach could shrink a little and i wasnt as hungry, but a month after i stopped taking them i was back to eating just as much

Well that's a good start. Maybe you should try working out more....I don't know I'm not a doctor. But getting hopped up on drugs like caffeine is going to mess with your body more than do you any good.

yeah...I think I am more into the all natural drugs..I'm lookin into the sesmin

my workout routine is gettin old. I think I need to get more into the cardio sides rather than wieghts
