....I'm sure my metabolism is hurting too now, I don't have time to eat a lot of meals. Usually one during lunch and a meal at night. I like to eat well, and think I do. Prolly should lay off some beer. But a 30 pack a week....meh...
just google sesamin and the rest and buy it at the cheapest place

 
I have been reading up on those at work. Supplements a mostly placebos now, from 98 to 2003 there was some really potent stuff out there. But the FDA banned it all.
Yohimbine is a stimulant...not quite a placebo...

 
I was reading about a pill that flushes your body of all the toxins. yur on the shitter a lot....but people say 10 on average a week, and to only take it for a week, then a week break and start again if you want more gains

Get some magnesium citrate you will lose about 20 overnight LOL

 
How about just not giving your body more crap? How about you drink lots of water, eat healthy foods and exercise. I dropped 5 pounds by just drinking water and eating better food in a month. I don't want to exercise but if I did, I'm sure I'd lose more.

i don't eat crap really...rarely fast food.

eat chicken, venison, whole meals....and all I drink is water, but yeah I get your drift.

Until this last year I was all worried about carbs and shit...

Well that's a good start. Maybe you should try working out more....I don't know I'm not a doctor. But getting hopped up on drugs like caffeine is going to mess with your body more than do you any good.
