Green tea is just an antioxidant, for something really cheap try sesame oil and flax seed oil . Mix those with Guggulsterones and try that for completely safe fat burnerthey will help a wee bit, as long as your diet is up to par.
Try drinking green tea. I started drinking green tea three times a day, it boosts your metabolism and gives you energy (caffeine). My workouts have already shown to be better.
