Wedge Sealed Enclosure plans???

Does anyone know where I can go to get some plans for a wedge seled enclosure? My measurement are:

16" wide

15" Tall

8" Bottom

5" top

I have seen some web-sites that will give you a free design but they are for square boxes. I have not been able to find one for a wedge box. Thank You.
