I am building a box to put behind the seat of my truck. It is a wedge 2 (thats what the rockford website calls it). I will be putting the alpha tubular ports on it. Is there anything in particular i need to do or watch out for? Im new at the build thing and dont want to mess it up. Im using 3/4 mdf; 2''x2''s for bracing, screws, liquid nail and nails. The box is for my rd alpha 12''s and i will probably be using a 3k amp. thanks guys.

NO nails or liquid nails, use screws and wood glue. Other than that make sure your angles are right on, so it fits together tightly. Caulk all the inside seams before you put the sub in....

i have a lot of liquid nail on there at joints. **** wish my camera wasnt broken. i will try to get a camera so i can post a build log. is this design of box less efficient than the standard square slot ported box? will it make my #'s go down using this type of box setup?
