I know it's not much in DF-DUB but that's pretty good for the small country town he lives in...cost of living is super low compared to the big city...as they call it! lol

Invite your boss to a "professional development" 1 on 1 luncheon. Then take him (or even works better if it's a her) to the luncheon buffet at the local strip club to discuss your performance.

Offer to buy a beer and make sure to chew with your mouth open. Remember it's always polite to offer your boss a post lunch lap dance... If he/she refuses then be sure to get a tableside dance so the boss has to watch.

This will either get you fired or a raise, which may be a win/win in your situation.
