Im really new to the forums but i have a really good back round in car audio but be out the mix for awhile ever since i stop doing installs. I also just got my new system in about a week ago and im loveing it.

I like it better with less people because you can get personal attention and help when needed. Plus with less people it's easier to tell who is smart and who is just bs-ing.

i must say that, to an extent, i agree with that.............termpro for example - there are so many people that personal attention is only amongst the few top competitors from what i have been able to gather - its a little elite circle and sure, many of them are, elite.

we all know each, ramos, rangerman, jlaine, jlman, blazer, apologies if i have forgot anyone (also i cant be f****d to type!!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif ) - everybody is an expert in some kinda way or another......

what i think we do need, and i have mentioned this before, is some guests - whether it be president of us amps, or dei corporation or whoever - we need special guests, to keep the debate going, to keep getting people in........

Come to think of it, that is a good point...we need more experts, and not newbies...but I am always glad to help everybody...

Ranger, who died and made you an expert......lol, just kidding, you've got more experience than most of us, so I guess in a way that makes you an expert, knowledge sometimes = expertice, if you know how to put that knowledge to use. In your case, you do a good job of it.

I don't qualify an expert as someone who knows everything, just someone who knows what they are doing. In that case, you qualify as an expert. No single person can know everything, as technology advances, so does the need for knowledge.

I don't know about loyd being an expert at ****, but he could definitely do wonders for the hat business.
