Wanted info about upgrading to Cadence amps and where to buy them in L.A or SFO

So, I’ve been trawling here for quite sometime now and had a few questions about upgrading my setup.

Here’s what I have now:

HU: Eclipse CD5435

Amp: Kenwood KAC-8401. 60 * 4 @ 4 Ω with two channels running to the passive components in the front and channels 3&4 bridged to the sub apparently pushing 280W @ 4Ω (ha ha ha)

Speakers: Boston Acoustics S60. handling 55w RMS @ 4Ω

Sub: JBL CS1204 in a 1.2 cu.ft sealed box. Rated for 225W RMS @ 4

I just sold my Kenwood amp as it was way too underpowered, albeit clean, for anything at all.

Here are the upgrades I’m thinking of.

HU: Clarion DXZ 785 USB. About $160

Amplifiers: Cadence TXA 3002, about $129. Will bridge this and run it to the sub.

Cadence TXA 6004, about $249 or Cadence Xa175.4, about $209. Using all the channels to go active on the front stage.

I’m looking at an SQ oriented setup.

Questions:

My budget for the amps is strictly not more than $380 put together. Not stretchable at all. Any better amps than the ones I’ve chosen at this price point?

Since my compomnents are rated at 55W @ 4Ω, will feeding them atleast 110W blow them? Is that too much power?

I’m from India, and my cousin’s going to be picking up this stuff when he’s in LA/SFO for three weeks. Any dealer recommendations in LA/ San Fransisco where he can pick these up at the best prices from a reliable dealer?

Any reliable online retailer from who I can order using my Credit card issued in India and get it shipped to an address in the USA? Is this a better option?
