ill be home the weekend after this, i live near springfield if you have the designs, I can whip you something up, if you want to wait until then anyways.

I also have a rotozip with circle guide attachment //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif makes for perfect circles.

A GOOD lumber yard will cut your sheets to spec for 1$ a cut or something. I've done that before with good results (pro-tip....home depot cuts are NOT straight so don't bother with them....only a proper lumber yard)
