Want to do 8 8" subs any suggestions?

i want to do 8" subs anyone have anysuggestions?? budget is about $300-$400 for all 8 suggestions would be great. i was thinkin maybe 8 of these:

Don't do the alphasonics. Pick up some Tang Band 8s from Parts Express.

Haven't really heard anything good about their stuff. Haven't heard much period.

Tang Band makes some good stuff from what I've heard. Wouldn't hesitate to buy their product.

Don't forget he did mention a 300-400 dollar budget. If money weren't an issue, I would do 8 rl-i8's....that'd be the first to have 8 8" soundsplinter subs!!
