Was looking around, and the only sub that looks interesting for some serious low-frequency reproduction is the RE Audio XXX, the only thing that concerns me is the sensivity, its at 86db 1w/1m...
Now I have a AA havoc 18" first gen in 7.2cu.ft @18hz, and it has a sensivity of 91.8db at 1w/1m...
I'm not looking for something quieter, but rather cleaner, more precise and better transient response, I would somehow compromise loudness to get lot more SQ....
So the dilema here is a 15" xxx in a PR enclosure or a 18"xxx sealed ?
Its for music and movies.
Other sub recommendation would be appreciated...
BTW are Audiopulse/TC Sounds still in business or what? I've heard long time ago they went bankrupt? Their website is still online....
