good luck with the alt ,ask excessive amperage or singer alts ,wont be cheap tho.as far as batteries ,look on the forum here there are some

Yeah, good luck with the alt. I have an 8G Galant too, and there aren't many options for us. They're all expensive as well.

Our stock alt is rated at 85A, if you didn't know.

There's some 180a on fleabay just not sure on the quality
