So this is my first diy install. Im getting Pioneer HU w/ 2 rca preamp outputs and 4 speaker outputs, dash kit, 5.25" rockford fosgate speakers in the front, 6.5" rockford fosgate speakers in the rear, a rockford fosgate 6 channel by 50 watt older amp, and one rockford fosgate 12" power series sub run by a Boss 200x2 amp bridged to 400 watts in a sealed enclosure. Also purchasing two 8 guage amp wiring kits and a roll of 50 feet of speaker wire. I am going to use only 4 channels of the 6 channel amp and run it through the HU and then from the HU to the door speakers, one channel per speaker. then im gonna wire the sub straight to the 2 channel bridged amp and then to the HU as normal. the sub and 2 channel are going in the trunk and the 6 channel under the back seat.
Any input would be much appreciated, and btw, reallly low on funds so im not buying any more equipment than whats listed.
Oh its a 2004 mustang gt convertible.
THANKS
