i sealed off my doors and stuck the baffle out a little past the stock grills.. i get great midbass response sounds like i have sealed 8's in my doors

I have a Toyota truck and sealing the door isnt an option anymore. I checked it out yesterday and i have moisture in there. Because of that im gonna leave the little drain holes at the bottom open and pick up some baffles to protect my speakers from the water.

to the OP, be careful with those bowels behind your mids. Too much midbass might cause unwanted bowel movements.

Might want to try:

1. Another layer or two of deadener

2. Seal big holes with plexi

3. dyna pad behind speaker

4. Good sealed baffle

5. More power
