Wanna help me save some cash???

i need help on how to install 4x 6 speakers in my 98 blazer. there on the dash and you can take the grill off and take the factory speaker out. is it as easy as connecting the 2 wires with the other 2 wires on my new speakers like you would on home theater speakers or is it more in depth then that? like do u have to use some kind of crossover or bass blocker type thing for the tweeter?? ive never install car speakers so i could use some help. thanx

don't bother using that spot in the car if you can. i think that those speaker's are a waste of time, i'd save money get kick's and comps. if you do go that route, yes just connect the wire's bass blocker's are something you don't have to use but can.

yea i would really like kicks but the budget isnt agreeing with that idea these days
