Fumes off an optima is far worse then those are lolEh, shit can explode too and blind you. Oh well...

Oh yeah..no doubt..Internal resistance is rediculous in those things.
You mean the ones made by Exide? Also sold as Napa brand? I like those. I dont buy the deep cycle, just the regular. You honestly dont need a deep cycle unless you sit and play the music with the car off. The Orbital Gel Cel will do great. Had one in my truck. Left the interior light and hood up (hood light on) for a week beetween weekends while it was in the garage. Truck fired right up like nothing. Just put one in my car. No amps yet. With all accesories on (blower motor, a/c, h/l, with high beams, etc) voltage went from 13.8 to 14.1 with no other changes. Stock 90 amp alt. It was like $130 or something like that. What do you guys think about Orbital batteries? I saw a marine gel-cell today but it was $180. I guess its along the same lines as optima marines.
Oh yeah..no doubt..
But if your daily banging on the street its pointless in spending 3-400 bucks for a battery when you could get 2 of those, and still have the same reserve capacity which is all that really matters for 'daily' or 'street' use...
x2 the cons outweigh the pros on these battsthen you would need the space for them...worry about leaks and corrosion, venting
In a trunked car, I wouldn't worry about it.Course they do...but yall act like your going to die if you run a lead acid battery in the trunk of a car...
I guess "daily drivers" are getting a bit on the retarded side power wise..due to the influx of cheap amps from overseas...eh whatever.
