license plate cover?

my freakin license plate is white, cover is white...i have a charcoal gray car...

where to find maybe a black cover(holder)? also, anyone know if the plastic "smoke" covers are legal?

you can get the smoked lenses at like auto zone ect...

i know they are illegal here in utah and in ohio... i dunno about florida

i dont think they would be illeagal in florida.. you **** near tint you're car 0% all the way around and be ok....
