i was showing a few of my boys that i work with after work in the parking lot and there are a few different songs that flex alot more. i originally tuned to 31 but i think its tuned a little higher than that which is cool anyways.

i got cut off after about 10 minutes the people in the office came out and told me to stfu lol.

deck is a alpine 9886

i must say im very impressed on how this turned out. when i rebuild ( notice i said when and not if lol ) its going to take alot getting all this wood out. I built the whole thing inside the car, panels on top of panels with almost a whole gallon of titebond and 4 or 5 bottles of liquid nails. probably why there is virtually no flex at all.

please elaborate on the horn idea

well you may be limited to a smaller size, due to enclosure size, the way that the back wall was built up made me think of how to put a pair of horns in there instead of a simple ported box.

who knows, just another idea.

Ive always heard to set the sub at +15 on the deck. Thats how I have my alpine too. Obviously reset your gains if you do this.
