Wall behind 2nd row or 1st, make much difference?

Losing the 2nd row in my car and putting the wall right behind the front seats, whats the EAR difference to a wall behind the second row, forward firing obviously, seats folded forward, or take the darn seats out and run it right behind me.

Box will be for 2 18's on 4k with 200" of port

Will I FEEL a noticeable difference? UI know it will make the cab probly 1/2 the size, but would that be noticeable and enough to ditch the rear seats. The car will most likely never be metered, just daily bangin. But if its gonna make a difference, Im gonna do it, I hate driving people around, but Id lose the *** back there, but Id gain some trunk space which I have none of right now with a wall behind the second row

Well I guess it would somewhat sound like what is does if you sit in your backseat now. Btw, I really like your set up.

Thanks for the compliment, but that system is coming out for 2 18's with aeros, just debating putting it right behind the front seats, or keeping it behind the second row

Dont know if the smaller cabin space will make THAT much of a difference to the ear/ chest impact lol

Well I dont have a gf anymore, but I still sleep back there drunk all the time lol

I'll lose it if it will make an audible to the ear difference or a little more bump in the chest, like I said, i dont compete, more of a wow factor, and not having to drive anyone around

I did a 3rd row wall in an Expo earlier this year. 4 18's and it hits **** hard. No idea how it would sound if it was up front, but wanted to keep the 2nd row. For daily I don't think you'll notice much of a diff, so do whatever is more convenient for you.

I might end up keepin it behind the 2nd row, those drunk sleeps and randoms I get back there are kinda worth it, just sick of driving people because they like my car.. wow factor behind the front seats would be pretty cool to, subs on the bottom port up high

Yeah I havent gotten much solid responces from anyone thats turned a wall behind the 1nd row then went behind the first, Im assuming it would meter better. But as I wont be competing, I may just end up keeping the back seats in the car and throwing it behind

i have my 4 12s in my grand am right behind the seats, now i have 4 18s in a minivan lol. the wall right behind the seats didnt hit lows because the wave couldnt travel. i think if you do a 2nd row wall it will hit lower and most likely have no loading issues
