W7s broken with pics. Advice and help needed please guys!

I just got these two JL w7-3s with blown cones for almost free. I do not know how to fix subs and I Dont want to get ripped off by a local JL dealer. I am willing to pay the right and fair price though. Any advice is very much appreciated. I took pics so check them out and let me know. Thanks everybody!!!

12s are 3" coil... nothing special.. about any custom person can.. woofercooker/splaudio/dave/etc.

if it was 13.5 that's a tad more difficult but still possible.

I can build them for bout $80-100 cheaper per sub than you can buy kits from JL.
