I removed the door panel in my 2012 Volkswagen CC to see what kind of speakers it has

this is what it looks like

Can anyone tell me what the 4 pin plug is and how it works? and is that a transistor or something? whats that for?? Thanks!!

You need to get custom mounts. I had to do it with my tc. Sometimes you can find wiring harnesses but normal you will cut those off and splice into them. Or if you run a amp just bypass them all together
