Viper alarm

i have the 791xv Viper alarm. warn away does not work. when hit, it goes straight to the alarm without a 3 chirp warning. why?

installation issue it sounds like

check your shock sensor could be up to high, turn it down a little to get the warn away instead of the full alarm
