Is there a way to keep my in-dash C.D player secure????

Well i have a compustar security alarm now with the lcd remote and this is because my deck got stolen. But the theives couldn't mess with my BOLTED down amp and sub in box. So I'm asking is there a way i can secure my c.d player???

I've heard of barbed wire but no i don't need sued.

There's usually a threaded hole right in the center of the back of the deck. Either buy a bracket or make your own and screw the other end of the bracket to anything strong enough.

yeah I have barbed wire around my radio too, it even keeps me from touching it!

no, you misunderstand, he is talking about the back of your deck as in HU, there is a threaded hole that you can screw a back strap onto it with. Then when you feed the unit into the dash, the strap comes down behind it and you can then screw the strap to the metal of the vehicle.

Where did you hear this from, anywho? If you're gonna go this route, why not run a transformer from your battery and make yourself and nice little electric fence?
