ok so im replecing my avital 2100 whit viper 5900 and can see wer the big pink and small res/white srtipe wire go's to any body know 98 civic ex

The big pink wire should go to ignition. The red/white stripe is trunk release output (if used, you should use that wire to trigger a relay to power your factory trunk releae motor if you have one or an aftermarket one).
