Viper 300 Help ( have have searched)

Ok, I bought a Viper 300 ESP some time ago and its been working great with my after market door lock kit.

Today the battery finally went out in my remote so Bought a new one and installed it. Now none of my other zones works when arming and disarming.

Door locks will not lock or unlock, trunk will not pop and remote start..

I can not find if i need to reconfigure the remote or how.. any idea's?
