viper 1002 Car Alarms Problems

Hi

I am having some problems with my viper 1002 car alarm. Some times when i get out of the car it wont lock or unlock the car. At first i thought it was the battery on the keypad but i got that checked and the keypad works fine the LED light on the keypad works as well. Its just sometimes i have noticed that when i drive for long distances the alarm system gives problems to arm and unarmed. Sometimes i may have to wait or play around with the keypad until the alarm arms it self.

Has anyone ever had this problem or experienced anything such as this. This is becoming annoying !!
