video of my system (two 15 inch L5s, Hifonics 1605D amp)

I still doubt that 147... And 4 cubes each, sealed? Why so ungodly large?
Nice flexing none the less //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
Everywhere I read i read that the solo barics needed a lot of room. Now that i get to thinking about it my boxes might be 3 cu ft. I know that is a pretty big thing to forget, but it was a while ago when i built those boxes. I might have not even figured up the cu ft right.

Here are the dimensions of the box if anyone wants to properly figure up the cu ft.

16 1/2 in wide

15 1/2 tall

26 inches long on the right side (if you are standing behind the car)

24 inches long on the left side

i got 3 cubes doing the first three numbers given not to mention sub displacement

if those are external dimensions and it's 3/4" MDF i get 2.86 ft^3, minus sub displacement, so probably about 2.75ft^3 each.

was that just a test tone on repeat? i don't know how you could listen to that for that long! i get annoyed with 5 seconds of test tone.

I have talked to kicker techs in the past about the l5,l7 and I have solo my self and they said 3.75 to 4 sealed for any decent sound, and they were right! I tried 1.5 to 2.5 sealed and just stunk!

nice honda, I wonder how much mom and dad dropped for it. nice video btw.
car was $3000 stock and i got it for my 16th birthday. I have pretty much paid for everything else....and thanks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

you say a 147?was it a tl?

where was the mic?
no it was not termlab. I'm not sure what kind it was. it was a 3 piece device. there was the mic that went in the dash then a cable connected to it and the piece that had all the settings and showed the db.
