Jeep Wrangler audio ideas

I'm working on picking up another car audio project and hopefully it'll be a 94 Jeep Wrangler YJ. I know absolutely nothing about them so any help I could get would be awesome. It doesn't necessarily have to be car audio related either.

Anywho, who's owned a Jeep wrangler before? Did any of you put in a car audio setup? I can't really imagine having a daily driven jeep wrangler with a car audio setup for fear of theft or weather related damage.
