I am going to buy some new kickers soon, very soon and I need to know this

Which will be louder SPL

2 12" kicker comps in a sealed box

or

1 12" kicker comp VR in a Slot Vented Box

Depends on the power.If you plan on sending 400rms + then I'd get the VR, if not I'd get the comps.

so the Comp VR slot vented will be louder than 2 comps?

ive had 2 comps before and they pounded they were 2003 models ive never owned a compVR yet but if I put 2 of them in a Slot vented box how bad would that be I have enough money to buy 2 CVRs and the amp to push them both so I was gonna run 1 to save room but if you all can convince me ill go with 2 !
