Very high power 5/6ch?

I've been looking recently at 5 or 6ch amplifiers, but they are all very low power (eg under 100x4)

Basically looking for 150 to 200w x 4 @ 4 and ~600-800 @ 2 or 4 for the sub channel(s)

Dream big or go home. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Give up hope.

Seriously.

I was searching for exactly the same thing recently to absolutely no avail. Everything I could find was either anemic on the power output for the main channels, the sub channel, or (most commonly) anemic on all channels.

If such a product exists, it has eluded me aswell.

Maybe there's a niche market we can fill here, ultimate //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Fosgate Power 1000

Rated 50x4 @ 4 and 600x1 @ 2 but does alot more. I had one and it was a nice amp. You can also do 150x4 @ 1 and 800x1 @ 1.

rf "25 to life" power 1000 or the kicker 700.5... systems i heard with those didnt sound like they were starved for power but then again they were in cars not jeeps

The Belle can be had for $650, which isn't a bad price at all for the power.

The 25-to-Life for $500. How underrated is that amp? Specs are only 50x4 @ 4 and 200x1 @ 4

Search harder, all of you. MA Audio COM1. But maybe not at 4ohms.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
Do you have specs on that Com1... thing looks like a BEAST.

I had both the RF 1000 and the "Big Belle"

The RF had a better sub channel (remote boost and freq) but the Belle had clearer more detailed sounding speaker channels.

Also the RF amp is huge compared to the Belle.

If I were you, I would get a PDX 4.150 and a PDX 600.1 and call it a day.

It's always leaned that direction. Not sure how cheap you can really get anything done these days. Deadening and custom mounting...

Did you try the red on both sides, then the white on both sides. It may be a bad cable.

"I don't have any crossovers" You'll need one to filter out the low frequencies leading to your sub woofer. They'll produce no sound then...
