It's somewhere between the Mag, and the 15" AA Avalanche.

Kinda leaning towards the AA, seems VERY impressive from comments on here.

I have never heard an Avalanche, but I did get the chance to hear a Mag a couple months back. It was ported, and he was running something like 600w to it. I was GREATLY impressed with it. It outdid my old Dreadnaut with 1200w to it. I have never heard something play the lows so good, honestly. The output was good also, not the loudest, but it was more than you would ever need for a daily driver. I would deffinitly go for the Mag man...

They're older versions, with the leads attached direct to the cone... THAT is my problem.

I have... 12-15 of them with the leads blown off the cone, at the shop. To the point to where they cannot be soldered. At THAT point, I know it's not just one or two abusers, it's a design flaw.

I'm not a JL hater, by any means... I love the w7s, and w1s for certain applications. I just don't like the previous build quality involved in the w3v2s and the w6v2s. For the price they ask for those... I felt like they should have eliminated the problem, and integrated the lead onto the spider!

Nice, considering I'm going to be throwing 500-600wrms daily on it. I appreciate the review. I'll be contacting them soon. Hah.
