im gonna go buy a carbide blade tomorrow and trim all the stuff i dun need tomorrow.

More to come!!!!!!

p.s. its not the ebrake thats blocking. its the parking brake. so i kinda need that. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
huh?

you know ebrake and parking brake are the same thing?

also for who ever keeps calling it a dead pedal...its not.

the dead pedal is the floor directly behing the e/parking brake, where that piece of plastic is.

as for the kicks....if they wouldn't fit up in the corner i would of glassed them in the doors...but hey its your whip, as long as you like em. they're coming along nicely.

o i thot the ebrake was the emergency brake watever... about glassing in the doors, i said already... I WANT TO KEEP MY CAR AS STOCK AS POSSIBLE!!! and it sounds good where they are right now cuz i got a long car //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

anyways i got more work done:

I cut and shaped the left kick and added another layer of glass.

sux i broke like 3 jigsaw blades cutting 1 freakin kick lol man.

more to come! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

use large toothed jigsaw blades.

they eat through fiberglass.

and on a second note, you are going to want the edges as rounded as possible. in this picture;

i would not have the little top and right bump areas. make those flush with the rest unless you want some retarded wrinkles. id cut it like this;

ooo coool! thankyou thankyou! at about the top one? how should i cut that?

as for the blade.. okay i thot metal blades were used for fiberglass... hmm o well i trust you req... the glassing master.

cut the top one the same way.

somthing like this, try to get the front side to be flush with the bottom of your baffle-

make sure the jig saw blades are high carbon steel or carbide tipped. Regular wood blades will dull very quick when cutting f/g.
that too. good tip, rather spend $12 on quality blades that will last, than $6 blades that will dull\break.

^^^X2 i dunno why pple are prejudging my setup... lol

neways i fixed:
