value of hx2 12s

I just traded my MTX 9500 10 for 2 Rockford HX2 12s d2 (rfr3112), I'm not very experienced with any Rockford subs but I have read good things about the HX2s and I know they're kinda old. How much would they be worth if I was to resell them? Theres no box involved. The spiders also seem a little saggy, could this create big performance problems and would it be worth it to recone them? P/o said they weren't beat on and they smell unabused and the coils look shiny and fresh. I haven't played them at all, just checked the coils with a voltmeter to make sure they're good. Will be buying a dmm tomorrow.

Speaking on the subject of spider sag; how will it change the sub? (other than the DMM coil reading)

I have been wanting an MTX9500 for some time now... Last pair of Power HX2s I seen on ebay went for bout $250, but they were minty condition...

I picked up a set of hx2's locally off craigslist for $100 but they are the 500watt rms ones.I have seen the 1000 watt rms ones on ebay for $240-$260.
