Using headrest monitors to display spectrum analyzer

Has anyone seen or heard of anything that will display a spectrum analyzer to a headrest monitor? I've spent quite some time searching google and multiple forums. Stand alone monitors are getting fairly inexpensive and I had the idea of integrating a headrest monitor or even a pc monitor into my amp rack to display a spectrum analyzer display or even electrical system data (voltage, amp draw, amp temps, etc).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
