So for the moment I will be running an EQ as a headunit. This is just temporary until I can get funds for a nicer headunit. Now, my friend has 2 EQ's he will let me borrow until I get the headunit- Planet Audio PEQ10, or a Soundstream MPQ4US. I'd like to try the SS, but either one really will do.
My question it, I plan to use my Sansa Clip+ for the operating music unit, and was wondering how to get the best sound from it. Do I just use the AUX, RCA's on the unit, or should I try and get a USB to RCA adapter?
Also, for the moment Id like to listen to the radio which my Sansa has, but comes out a little fuzzy. Connecting the stock radio to the CD input on the EQ through a LOC would solve this problem yes?
Lastly, I understand that clipping signals to amps is something to worry about, should I be concerned using the Sansa or my Cowon for the time being? The EQ will be sending signals to a Soundstream Picasso PX2.200 (for my RF FanaticQ 1406, and tweeters), and to my Soundstream xi300.1 for my ED9k 8in sub. I really dont want to harm any speakers or anything.
Thanks in advance
