I have the mb quart qsc-216 componets and i want to upgrade spending around $400. Would it be fine to use my crossovers from my mb quart componets with a set of morel woofers and tweeters, same impedence of course.

plan b is getting all new componet set up cdt es-620 for $399

No, because most crossovers (above a certain price range) are purpose designed and configured for specific drivers. Factors such as resonant impedance peak, inductive rise, response shaping, and acoustic and electrical slopes all affect the performance. Sure you can use them, but it may not provide optimal results. It might even damage your drivers.
